So we are to now left to believe that the NSA/IC tracks metadata on every US citizen, all foreign diplomats and a substantial portion of our enemies...but cant check Obama's blackberry for recent calls
Why would they even have an interest to do that? And it’s not like Obama simply used one cell phone to make every phone call during his eight, I repeat eight, years as president

I take objection to him raising the issue as I see no reason to it or to use the death of his Chief of Staff's son to do it.

I'm sure 7 years later Kelly was like "use my dead son to get back at the MSM and Obama. 2 birds, 1 stone." In fact, I bet Trump was the cautious one here and said "John, I don't want to put my self-interests in front of anybody else's."
You don't think maybe Trump wasn't sure of the official protocol when he took office so he asked a member of his cabinet, who had gone through that exact situation, how did presidents typically handle it? You guys are so bitter and angry all the time it's like common sense just escapes you.

Of course no one told him that with the idea that Trump could misleadingly use it for virtue signalling.

Me too, wish Reagan would come back. All these jackasses we've had since Reagan have denigrated the office.
All of you arguing over what went down & how what president did what...just so you know, the MSM uses you as pawns & they are the ones that acutally sparked this BS. If it wasn't a big deal what Obama did or W or Clinton or Daddy Bush, then why is it a big deal that they need to question Trump 7 days after an incident? Did they ask Obama what he did 7 days after GK lost his son? Did they ask about the countless other military members that were lost? All of this is ridiculous.

Yeah. He used the death of a United States general’s son as a political tool to try and show that he is the best person ever. He’s bestest president ever.
You know what's worse than using the death of a general's son as a political tool...not giving a shite enough to reach out to a general upon said death.
And, let's be honest. My comment above is being kind. It's not that Obama didn't give a shite. It's that Obama has disdain for the military. This was intentional.

Of course not. Everybody know Trump is anything but reactionary and impulsive, consulting all points of views and relevant parties and putting his own self-interests aside before responding.
And it's not like Kelly has been known to be very private about his loss, or just in general or anything.
I'm sure 7 years later Kelly was like "use my dead son to get back at the MSM and Obama. 2 birds, 1 stone." In fact, I bet Trump was the cautious one here and said "John, I don't want to put my self-interests in front of anybody else'
Just say that you don't know moron. You could've spared us the essay.
