I mean those movements are pretty clear. I think Musk is just testing to see what he can get away with and playing dumb for some cover. So far, his following is convinced it was autism while others think fascism.

Elon is a little troll so I have zero doubt he was gesturing somewhat on purpose. He lives for the controversy at this point. Igoring it would actually give him the result he doesnt want, but they couldnt resist
