AP should be embarrassed for posting this act of yellow journalism.
They should also be embarrassed for promoting the elimination of the oxford comma.
The memo authorizes ICE officers to use force to enter a residence based solely on a more narrow administrative warrant to arrest someone with a final order of remova
Final order of removal means an immigration judge has already stated the case to stay has failed and they are OKed to be deported. So now they are just avoiding the judges order and ICE has direction to proceed with deportation.

You need to spend more time then.
LE may enter a home with an arrest warrant, but they must only search for the person who is the subject of the warrant and where a person can reasonably be. Nothing beyond that. Evidence in plain view is still on the table, but they need an actual search warrant to search further.
In a 3rd party's home, they generally need a search warrant to enter and search for the subject of the arrest warrant (whose home it is not).
There are exceptions, of course, depending on certain details.

The 4th Amendment still applies to ICE
Does it apply to game wardens? Because they can enter without a warrant and no probable cause

No, I am not wrong. Absent exigent circumstances a game warden needs a warrant to enter a house, period.

One could argue that we’re at war with the Marxist left, or more accurately, they’re at war with anyone that doesn’t adhere to their destructive ideology.
Their whole objective is to destroy us and eventually the constitution by using illegal immigration as a proxy.
During wars, the constitutional rights of the citizenry have been suspended in the past. There is precedence for this. Hell, Lincoln jailed journalists during the Civil War.
So no, it’s not ideal, but I’d rather have an executive cherry pick certain amendments temporarily to uproot a force that seeks to completely trash the constitution in the future.
Life is often not black and white, but smeared with a lot of gray.

Under 4th amendment law the state can enter private property that is "open fields" it is a well known doctrine. Some states, like my state Tennessee, has greater protection than the federal 4th amendment.

That's a direct violation of the constitution.
Weird how the only way we can take care of the immigration problem is by violating everyone's rights and suspending the constitution.

Your premise was absurd.
There is no solid rebottle to absurdity.
So my comment remains. A person who wants to be taken serious would never try to make that argument.
