Gosh, so many things lined up at the right time.
Those gosh darn cameras.
Those gosh darn roommate transfers.
Those gosh darn staffing issues.
All of that happened with maybe the most highly at risk detainee that wasn’t a terrorist or mob figure in decades.
Oh, and he was either attacked or tried to kill himself a couple of weeks ago.
