I'm sure we'll get some historical claims that the Silo was actually of African origin, stolen by the Mesopotamians, and then later Western colonialists. The phrase 'opening silo' has it's roots in the legend of Kwanza, where grains would be evenly dispersed after the silos had been opened on the first night of celebration.
