Sorry but that cop needs to be thrown off the force and arrested. Not for punching the kid, that was fine and the kid deserved it, but for claiming the kid assaulted him by kicking him in the balls when he did no such thing.

The cop was completely in the wrong.
He should have positioned himself so that he blocked the camera from recording him jacking that guy across the jaw.
