The average "tour" for a career person as ambassador is 3 years. The Summer of 2016 he had just finished his "tour" that he started in the Summer of 2013.

Yovanovitch is a protege of Ambassador Nick Burns. Nick Burns is currently advising the Biden campaign, Burns was probably expecting a pretty high job in the Clinton administration and was just putting his people in place.

The US Foreign Service is worse then the Mafia. I used to think DoD was bad with it's "mafias" but they barely know the meaning of guile.

Because she is career foreign service. They pretend to be non-partisan, but they are for the most part the most liberal globalists in the the federal government. They were and she is no exception were subversive during the Bush administration.

Looks pretty legit to me, i.e. it isn't an opinion piece. Maybe it's just a pack of lies, but I highly doubt it. And I assume the prosecutor general looking into the non-profit that apparently wasn't a very popular investigation with our govt was.....Victor Shokin, the guy who supposedly wasn't doing any meaningful work on corruption.

See, because the key to the impeachment sham is that they say Trump was using Ukraine to investigate a "political opponent". Biden wouldn't have any cover if he wasn't running.
