Didn’t America’s largest mass lynching occur in New Orleans. IIRC, I read that all of the victims were Sicilian / Italian.

Lynchings being twice as frequent for blacks as for whites may not be unreasonable considering the national crime statistics data.
No skin color information needed if it is simply a matter of "Do the crime do the time."
