The video is moving, but for me, it’s the one still shot of him slumped to the side, his head/neck cocked and the red coming out.

Pisses me off

I wish I hadn’t watched it. It’s messed with me ever since and I can’t unsee it. Gore doesn’t bother me so much as what bothers me is watching it happen to combine I admired.

I’ve seen beheadings and other executions/killings over the years. I guess, being naive, I kind of rationalized it by thinking “maybe they shouldn’t have been involved with cartels”, “don’t run from the police”, “don’t play gangster”, or “that’s war”.

This hits different. As did the bus incident. Innocence plays a major factor. I hate seeing harm come to the innocent.

I took that afternoon off and happened to be visiting a friend watching Foxnews while we talked. They interrupted the program and announced Charlie had been shot. After around 30 min or so, I opened X and Tik Tok and accidentally saw a fairly close short of him getting hit. Once I saw that, I knew there was no way he could survive it even though they were saying he was in critical condition. I wish I hadn't seen it. I didnt sleep well the rest of last week thinking about his family and where our country is amd how did we get here. The eye opener for me is how these ANTIFA LGBT people absolutely hate Christian conservatives with a passion. They are willing to murder more people too. I think we'll see more arrests because there were at least 6 other people on Discord messenger and posting on platforms saying something was coming.

But yes, do not watch that video. Charlie was with Jesus probably within 1.5 no more than 2 minutes after the shot. I dont know what grain of .30 caliber he was using, but if it was 160 grain, the round had no drop or windage from that distance at 3000 ft/s. With a scope, it was like a laser, ie very straight. Within 3 tenths of a second of exiting that barrel, Charlie was hit. He was literally answering a question about transgender gun violence and within 2 min, he was standing before Jesus. When I saw the video, I had to leave and just go for a walk to pray.

Watch it and sit with what you saw.

Then, you will see exactly where we are in this country.

That you can be murdered in cold blood for your beliefs and then the people will celebrate it.

Watch it.

I would only watch it if you ever need to fuel the hate fire, otherwise it's obviously horrific.

I’m just glad he wasn’t shot in the face.

Could not even imagine that going around.

What was done was bad enough. I’m glad I saw it because I need to continue to fully understand what we are up against.

Everyone needs to watch it, you have to see where we are in this fight, and if you don’t know from the bus stabbing from a guy released 14 times, to a guy putting himself out there for open debate, preaching love for everyone ; then you will just keep walking into their slaughter house oblivious to the pure evil that’s coming for you

But at the same time, it's part of history now, like the Zapruder film.

I don’t know about that. I have seen the Zapruder film too many times to mention and for some reason it’s not shocking.

Perhaps the reason for that is it’s not entirely clear being that most versions are copies of copies and the first generation film might be more graphic.

Perhaps there is just a personal disconnect because that assassination was seven years before my time and I can view it as a historical event and be disconnected from emotion.

But I refuse to see anything more than what I have seen with this video of Kirk being robbed of life. As soon as he was hit and his body jerked, I shut off the video. I just can’t.

I recommend viewing it as well as the Charlotte train murder.

Evil is real. You need to know what it looks like.

Why do I say this? Because, when it happens in front of you... in real life, you'll be able to recognize it and act accordingly. Instead of freezing in shock.

It's why the British marines and various other units around the globe make their recruits snap a cute little Bunny's neck during training.

Things like this teaches you that life is precious as well as gives you the resolve not to freeze up during the event when it happens in front of you.

Stay strong brothers.

Yes I wish I had not seen it. It cannot be unseen

Intentionally avoiding the train one for that reason

Twitter algorithm populated the Kirk one and caused me to witness it TBH

Yeah, I think I’m the only one in the family that hasn’t seen it. I’ve heard descriptions of it and I have no desire to watch it.

My a-hole friend sent it to me like right after without telling me what it was. Phucker. I turned it away before I saw the whole thing.

Told my wife, the sweet hot nurse (no pics), who loves action films, killing and shooting movies: she doesn't want to see it.

IMO, it's too intimate, watching a truly innocent soul being taken off this earth while just going about their business.
