My initial response to the video was, someone needs to put a couple of these stray dogs down as it looked like they were going to attack. Self defense would be an easy call.
I think the cops know if they arrest them they will be out and charges dropped the next day. I’m sure after 2-3 years of that you just dont give a frick and cash your check .

If youre the father of one the toddlers who were flash banged, how do you not start a vendetta and just start hunting these dogs down one by one? Might even be worth your life to go in and take several of these frickers out with you.
