Democrats exploit the hell out of the 'cops aren't obligated to help anyone' loophole. Allowing their lil street army to attack and threaten anyone they want to, and then using the police to arrest anyone who dares to defend themselves against the lil street army.

I don't care what the Mayor or the Police chief says, they are in 100% dereliction of their duty, and if people would begin to sue, and the city loses a shite load of money, this stops with the quickness.
And by the way, what happened to BLM? Not helping the inner cities deter crime, oh yeah, sitting at home praying for a White Police officer/or Asian to kill a black criminal. Such a fraud of an organization.
