Sweet. According to the black councilwoman's logic, now that the signs are down, homeowners will no longer question strangers who are walking up and down their streets. This changes everything!

First, that chick's portion of the clip is horribly chopped.
Secondly, I imagine they are taking those signs down as to hide the high risk of certain neighborhoods.
I mean, if I'm house hunting, those signs are a red flag.
