Trump already addressed the Autopen-signed items and how they are null and void. Whether anyone chooses to believe that he was just shitposting on TS or if there's legal weight behind the statement is up to you.
A scenario exists where the attempt to issue an illegal pardon robo-signed by proxy from a cabal of handlers on behalf of an incoherent, illegitimate figurehead who was installed via election fraud facilitated in the name of a statistically manipulated "pandemic" of which Fauci was the face of resetting the statute of limitations... as it is an act of furtherance on the larger criminal conspiracy.
This is just supposition at the moment, but if a guy on the Internet can piece it together, I'd like to think Trump's legal team could, as well. Especially since they have access to a lot more evidence than we do.
If the Fauci investigation story is legit, then clearly the DOJ isn't worried about the pardon.

Questions regarding the pardon are certainly floating around. (1) Was Biden actually aware, involved, and personally issuing the pardon, and (2) Is an unconditional prospective pardon issued for unknown, uncharged offenses even legal.

Great to see Rand Paul staying on top of this and still applying pressure. Unfortunately, there is no way the CIA is going to let the US take the blame for this so it has an invested interest in covering this up. Perhaps Fauci however can be put in jail just long enough to be given a chance to hang himself when the security cameras on his cell block all suddenly lose power.
