The OP’s source said the video happened on the train right before PF got on. Clearly not the case.

The left image looks like an older WMATA railcar interior: darker blue/purple cushioned seats, metal grab rails on seatbacks, and the older row layout. A railcar-identification guide describes older 2000/3000-series Metro cars as having blue/burgundy/sand seat colors, white walls, and metal handrails on the backs of seats.
The right image looks more like a newer or differently refurbished Metro car interior: lighter blue seats, cream/white seat shells, wider-looking aisle, and modern pole/seat layout. WMATA describes its 7000-series cars as having vinyl padded seats, wider aisles, stainless-steel bodies, and updated interior features.
Because WMATA runs multiple car series across the system, two trains with different seat styles can absolutely serve the same station, especially at transfer stations or on shared track segments. The seat difference mostly suggests different railcar series or different trainsets, not necessarily different cities or systems.

Not the same train though. Really doubt it’s the same day. The mug shot for indecent exposure posted in this thread is from two years ago. I guess it’s possible though it could be the same lady wearing the same Tshirt two years apart. Not outside the realm of possibility I guess. Seems to me the video is older though.

It’s two different trains and if that’s the same woman in the video it’s from two years ago. This wasn’t some setup photo op by Reuters.
