It blows my mind why no one has answered as to why they raided Flynn's or Stone's home at dawn by gunpoint for process crimes.

Most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. You'd think they were taking down Tony Montana.

Pam Bondi is calling it out on Judge Jeanine in fact.

For Stone, I assume because they could, no one there to really stop them. An intimidation tactic. And just being assholes. Think it was Whitaker AG at the time.....he's cool and all, but I don't see him putting a foot down and quarterbacking that situation.

As for Flynn, was he actually arrested? Im having trouble finding an article on that. I assume he was, but it's actually not necessary as a preface to prosecution. It's possible to simply be given notice to appear in court on certain date and time.

(2) Occam's Razor style approach.

I tend to naturally lean towards the latter,

I do as well. And when I see that the one factor that consistently predicts whether one will get the Flynn treatment or the McCabe treatment is their position relative to Trump, Occam’s Razor tells me this is political bullshite being produced by a corrupt DOJ.

The timing is interesting. Tends to take the heat off Barr a day after Barr's DOJ let McCabe walk.

How anyone being honest would not be disgusted by the law being manipulated by that is beyond me. That is why I'm favoring Barr being on the side of hiding everything in the place of charging crimes for corruption.

Not that I would want to, but it would be hard to disagree that the DOJ was corrupted for an unknown number of years. We've seen the evidence. There seemed to be for a while either clearly corrupted individual(s) at the top of that department, or equally as bad, weak people that couldn't control the people under them. For me though, as of this moment, the jury's out on Barr, yet I will freely admit that I'm leaning quite positive on him. He hasn't exhibited overt signs of corruption, it seems clear to me he's no pushover and can keep his thumb on the department effectively, and he also appears proactive.

I'm just not going to make any final conclusions until a reasonably limited amount of time beyond November 3rd. I just don't see the harm in withholding judgment for that relatively short amount of time. There will be plenty of time for glum outlooks from that point, ir necessary.

Lisa Page will not like this one little bit.

I'm not sure. This could be the beginning of a "circular firing squad", where all of those being investigated start ratting out the others. That they are "less guilty" than so-and-so.

Of those involved, Lisa may very well be the "less guilty" of the pack. A few months ago, some reports sounded as if she was cooperating with the probe.

Thanks for all that but Flynn did the same crime as McCabe and he didn't skate. (And the FBI agents said Flynn didn't lie, shady 302's) So some may wonder regarding McCabe; why not tack on the lying offense to the other big FISA abuse/sedition crimes later?

They let Comey skate when Lisa and Peter retroactively changed the classification for him to skate. Same for him has been said. They will get him on the bigger crimes...

Flynn being threatened using his son.

Why is it the one batshite one, Corsi came out and said they threatened me I am not composing and he beat them?

I searched all of Chuckie Todd's vid's I can't find this anywhere. If you go to MSNBC and type Weissmann in nada.

Not saying it didn't happen but keep in mind Toobin was so concerned the day before they exonerated McCabe.

I honestly think nothing ever happens to these scumbags who nearly overthrew our government.

There is a three tiered justice system and they are on the top where they are above the law.

The unequal justice thing is infuriating. It is that kind of behavior that brings down governments.

I think Barr is honest enough. Unfortunately I think the problem is so large that he’ll deem it too damaging to the DOJ (and possibly the nation) to fully expose. He’d be wrong; the danger of covering it up is MUCH worse in the long term, but I think that’s where this is headed. So far all the signs point in that direction.

That statement, regarding McCabe, came from DC US Attorney's Office, not the Justice Department. There have been no comments from the Justice Department regarding the statement.
