There was concern articles posted by another one of McCabe's pals (Toobin CNN) about his crimes he committed that mirror Flynn's.... Right before he was exonerated.

Yeah a I’m not sure I understand this piece. Maybe the excessive sentence crossed Barr as being partisan and he’s investigating it? Perhaps this is why the prosecutors resigned?

I agree, it was the only one I saw on the subject. I’ll add the WE article to the OP. There are attorneys on twitter saying that now that this prosecution request has been denied, Durham will get more out of a subpoena to McCabe. Could be a co-opp in the making as well.
