I was referring to the argument or method to remove the judge, i was responding to the argument that Dems might do it to Republicans when they gain power.
The same argument you've made against attempting to remove a federal judge using the bad behavior clause.
How is this a novel legal theory?? It's in the Constitution.

The article III branch was intended to be the weakest. It has grown outside of the power confines of it intended role and needs to be pared back.

I'm ok with it if it is based in fact and they can site something that will stick. I don't think either side should be infringing on the power of the Executive branch. But we have not seen it in the lawfare Dem playbook as don't see this happening from Conservative side.

Republicans all talk zero action. They will do nothing and this why these corrupt judges do what they do. They have nothing to fear.

Absolutely. The Dims have shown they need no justification to try and remove anyone they choose.
Schiff said for months, "I have the proof" to impeach our President.
Did anything happen to Schiff, the lying Judge, or the CIA officials who knew better, but instead of giving the us the facts, they lied.
