I love how conservatives now frame this as a "liberal" and "bad" thing.

I love how Marxists ignore the fact that children were kidnapped from Haiti and sold.

I wonder how much Roberts & Barrett paid for their children?

I bet there were a ton of people on this board that celebrated her pick after RBG's death.

She has ruled 70% with Democrats.

Break this down for all judges. There is large overlap with all of the judges, because most cases are boring administrative/bureaucratic decisions and not the big ones about Constitutional issues.

And prior to that you pretended to be a Conservative.

I'd love to find some 10 year old threads on Obamas bailouts and tariffs.

Yeah, I worked with the Congressional Adoption coalition years ago and it was 85% Republicans. Seems consistent with anti-abortion views.

But adopting brown kids from the third world is a very leftist dominated practice, typically. Plus, ACB's voting record speaks for itself.

I've learned Comrade Snitchkovsky is long on fanaticism and short on logic. Much like many posters on here. (Not you.)

And Comrade Snitch saying Justice Barrett adopting two foreign children indicates she's a liberal is really puzzling. I think that shows she is a good person. She saved two children's lives is the way I look at it.

Our very own LSUGirrrl adopted a Russian son. And I know for damn sure she save that boy's life and she is definitely NOT a liberal.

I hate to break the news to you but historical off-year election statistics tell us the Republicans have about a 75% chance of losing the House majority in 2026 no matter what happens with this legal case.

I know the history.

Keeping tax payer money from campaign coffers helps to break this trend.

She looked at least 15 years older than that picture last night. Good lighting is not her friend.

She was supposed to be more conservative than anybody not named Clarence Thomas. I recall hearing about her YEARS BEFORE Trump ever nominated her.

Seems like we did get played.

As for Roberts, I think he's just your typical Establishment cuck. May well be blackmailed or corrupt, or both.

Yeah that really stood out to me when she was nominated. I didn't say anything at the time cause everyone here was fawning all over her and would have just accused me of racism.

But anybody who would subject their own children to Haitians isn't going to be somebody who is on /our/ side.

I’m not sure anyone here has read the details of this decision or the specific facts and circumstances of the case apart from the headline that some money is being sent through USAID. They just see split decision and label her a globalist. Retards. Supreme Court rulings do not automatically set precedent for all USAID funds from here on out. Supreme Court rulings may or may not influence other matters. Very often they specifically state that the ruling specifically pertains to the matter at hand and shouldn’t be blanket applied to other similar situations. If the opposite is true they may indicate that in the ruling.

Women shouldn’t be allowed to serve as a municipal judge let alone on the Supreme Court.

Those trends include Republicans picking up House seats and winning the majority when a Dem is in the White House like what happened in 2022. It works both ways...

Your argument is a false dichotomy.
