I think ACB would be a very different jurist on the SCOTUS if she were the only female, a la Sandra Day O'Connor. Women are by nature community builders. I guarantee you the other 3 females, all uber woke, have lassoed her into to their female group think.

I hear you, but I don't think it is necessarily a weakness. It's a design feature. It's who women are. Maybe our forefathers were wise enough to understand that if you put women on the court, they will be motivated more by group think than by the legal issue at hand.

It's just wild to pretend Trump acted in a vacuum on the SCOTUS justices and deserves some sort of blame for stupid decisionsmade by them. Even though they often make very wrong decisions like this one, they're still better than anyone currently on the court who were nominated by a Dem president.
