They keep calling it a riot, but the only damage done was by Antifa/BLM breaking windows. It was a protest with more discipline than the Kavanaugh ones.

The Trump haters don't like you calling out DeSantis.

Yet, they act like Trump could do something about it.

Hypocrisy at it's finest.

One is the former President of the US who was present at the “insurrection”.
The other is the Florida Governor.
I’d say there’s a yuge difference in who should be “doing something”. I mean he’s never been shy about speaking…why now?

Who was out of office before they began arresting people.

Who is still in office and has put his AG up against the Feds many many times.

One does not excuse the other. Only 1 is in office after the arrests began.

That sounds like a campaign ad from a political opponent of DeSantis =

But - is this true - this is the only place I've seen that allegation.

Where are they being held in jail?? all in DC??

why hasn't there been more attention to it? do their relatives not know about it??

Because we need to get re-elected.

The one thing nobody can say about Trump is he isn't going to back down for the sake of backing down to get elected.

You're exposing your fear that Desantis will supplant Trump's chances as the GOP candidate for 2024.

You're doing the very thing you accuse Desantis supporters of: dividing the GOP ahead of the 2024 elections.

Trump has spoken out about it. The rest of the GOPe won't say shite because they don't want Trump to run again.

DeSantis sure could dispel some questions if he would denounce the DOJ holding these people without due process.

DeSantis didn't exactly encourage them to do this like Trump did. Therefore, Trump needs to help these folks out.

Ignorance.

Bless your heart.

You understand that when DC gets done with this, it sets a precedent.

How about this. Both of them are cucking out on J6. And don't give me something about Trump said something at a rally. Trump has people in his orbit who could at least be working to bring legal defense or awareness of what is going on. And yes, I agree, DeSantis should be doing something as well.

Truth is, we have about 2-3 Republicans in the House who care, and that's pretty much it. Pretty sad.

Trump had more power than anybody to help them and he did not. He's also the reason they were there in the first place - to hear the same half-assed, warmed over rant he'd been giving all through December 2020.
