The lack of transparency in bidding was bad enough.
The bid apparently being “We have a lot of outstanding judgments against AJ we’ll reduce or waive entirely” is fricking horseshite and deserves the judge’s attention.
AJ claimed the opposition bid with “fake money”. Verdict - True.
