I always find the black culture to be interesting in this way. They 100% have a caste system, but if any white establishment tried to enforce these rules they would be the first to claim it’s racist.

I approve of this. If you don't like it, you can unenroll and go somewhere else. That's a right you have.the college has it's own rights as well.

I think that is great.
Tuskegee is close to AU.
When I first got out into the business world I wish Auburn at least made the the seniors in business school wear formal business attire. We dressed like college kids. This was back in the late 80's and early 90's. I had a plant manager tell me to read the Dress for Success book. I also was told to dress at the level you want to be, not the level you are at in corp america. Now it seems no one wears a dress shirt and tie anymore. Seems polo style shirts are the norm or dress shirt with no tie.

Seems like a solid policy. Weird that it extends to the cafeteria, but honestly if you end up at Tuskegee it's a good idea to start focusing on leveling up.
