All in favor of abortion should really just be given tubal ligation or vasectomies where appropriate, since ultimately an unwanted pregnancy is to be avoided.

There have been nearly 50 million legal abortions since 1970, with potentially huge amounts more without the invention of birth control. Foster care could not have handled what could have potentially been hundreds of million unwanted children. You’re talking about placing children under state control, with multiple new federal agencies.

We now need to enact a property tax and call it "pay for unwanted babies AL." It specifically will pay for these kids through college, which is what the working class will have to do.

Simply responding to the fact that all unwanted children could have been taken in by foster care. That’s a pretty silly argument. That’s like bush going to Iraq without an exit strategy. You need a plan to deal with all of these unwanted births before you make it illegal to not want to have them.

People on here don't have the intelligence to think this through. This would just create an even bigger Welfare State and future Democrat voters. These idiots are trying to self sabotage themselves over unwanted babies that will grow up on every single Welfare and Social program known to man that are paid for with their taxes (which will have to go up to support all this)
Stuff like this is why left Alabama as soon as I graduated. Just a bunch of dumb virtue signaling gumps that don't even realize the future problems they are creating with this.
