the state of Georgia has a law requiring that any such changes be completed in advance …. I believe it is 6 months minimum.

That doesnt make any sense. Check the map I posted, we have two republican senators here just like the rest of the south. The people ruining your state are coming from california and the northeast, not Ohio.
