Russia has ordered withdrawal of troop from Kharkiv Oblast. Russia is losing this war in dramatic fashion. We could be weeks away from a complete withdrawal of Russian forces.

I read a decent amount of borderline pro-Russia stuff and the spin is all they care about is destroying Ukrainian forces, not capturing cities. This temporary win for Ukraine of taking some towns/villages has drawn out their dug-in forces.

But now in this thread we're being told you can't think this unless you've held meetings with Putin and have on official Russian letterhead what their exact plans were...without that, you can't ever say that Russia has not accomplished any of their objectives!

That's a pretty terrible strategy by Russia at large cost to them. Their military is poorly equipped and manned to begin with, these losses are not something that they can just glance over.
