Totally agree. And totally support their right to their homeland. But still believe they need to be held accountable for how they abuse our relationship, and that isn't "anti-Semitic".

There's definitely a difference between treating their govt and their people. Just like anyone else. Obviously because as Christians we give Jews a bit more leeway, but that can go so far.

Adding...my biggest concern in all of this is that people are going against a group of 20m max worldwide, while supporting the stance of billions that are also our enemies. People are being used, and that is going to end up hurting us.

I believe the Bible is inerrant. My belief is that Christans can't pick and choose what is to be believed and what is to be discarded.

I understand others don't believe the way I do.

I can't disagree with any of what you posted. I'm not arguing for leeway.
I'm responding to the post that stated the Jews aren't God's chosen people.

Correct. I believe many stories in the OT are in fact, stories. They give a good moral foundation, but they are just stories.

Likewise if you believe in the Tower of Babel story literally, I’m not here to sway you.

I know you are. But I've read enough on here to know what people say about that, so just trying to describe my opinion on how we balance the difference between the people and the govt.

Here's an example ... just bizarre

Over the past few months, TC's made repeatedly ridiculous and very irresponsible statements. When Joy Behar and Whoopi act stupidly on the View, we justifiably write it off to rationale associated with double digit IQs. Tucker is not in that category. He knows better. Something is very off with him.

No. He's created a character to engage in grifting. He understands his market in the post-2016 political-content landscape and what content that market wants.

Candace Owens is this on steroids.

My only question is where was this rationality during the protests of the Israeli military action after October 7?

I made this point countless times to NPCs calling anti-Israeli protesters "antisemitic"

That vid is not too bad, but the vitriol for boomers is a little over the top and seems to be catering to something, maybe disenchanted young people. Tuck is somewhat moving into Art Bell territory on a few things, though.

The MAGA/AF civil war over a certain country is very interesting and I really cannot tell how much is manufactured v. organic.

You all have been back and forth with all these talking heads for years...

Love them a while, then hate, love again, then hate. All depends on what they tweet out that week.

ALL of you are manipulated all the time by these talking heads.

It's a bit of both. Some of it is just your typical BS online content of the out-group (which has created a HILARIOUS flip on that Israel v/ antisemite stuff that I pointed out above).

The stupid Evangelical types who promoted this heresy about the Christian-biblical support of Israel predates Trump, goes back at least to the GWB era during the WOT. Those Evangelicals were hardcore neocons and their soulless church leaders knew how to sell the anti-Muslim conservatism that was rampant.

Some of it is the bad stuff from the right that people pretend doesn't exist and/or claim are just feds once its exposed. Your "blood and soil" and the "Holocaust didn't happen...er...wasn't quite as bad" stuff.

Be careful using the phrase antisemitic, because you'll never know when someone might ask you to define that phrase.

The root cause of the problem is this country is going broke and we are fighting for scraps to maintain previous standards of living. This takes many forms. We see it on the right currently in the form of a neocon MAGA infiltration. They are winning in terms of controlling power and money and kicking out AF people like MTG and Massie who just want to keep American treasure domestic. It seems like the country is trending to a fiscal situation where we will be begging for foreign aid from other countries instead of the other way around.

Yep its easy to spot the sheep with both the socialist idiots on the left and these neoNazi freaks on the right. F* 'em both. Long live America as she was founded. Patton was right, "Attack in both Directions" Signed America 1945

Yep. I agree. The internet has always had tabloid types of journalists, but now it's an extravaganza.

People don't buy the National Enquirer anymore, they sub to podcasts.

You would think Tucker had Fuentes on, and agreed with everything he's every said

Watch the interview with Ted Cruz and compare it with the interview with Nick Fuentes, and you tell me which one he challenged and tried to make look bad vs the one he stroked and propped up.

This narrative that Huckster interviewed Fuentes the same way he interviews everyone is transparently false. His interviews vary based on what he's trying to legitimize vs delegitimize. The Cruz interview is just a convenient recent example.

Hell, that's how he rose to prominence. Vigorously challenging guests on Fox News. That was his entire schtick.

You honestly tell me that you saw any of that style in the Fuentes interview.
