Did Trump just set the FBI and DOJ up? The more I think about this whole situation the more it seems like he did. The FBI had already been granted, by Trump, access to his safe before and said he would do so again if they asked. This administration is so hell bent on keeping Trump from running, informant (instructed by Trump) places the call and instead of just asking Trump, the FBI and DOJ thinks they have an opportunity to get access while Trump isn't there and BINGO. Caught without any verification of documents supposedly Trump was hiding.

The rest of us see 8, massive federal probes over 6 years, all failing to yield so much as a parking ticket. These same bureaus wont act on hard evidence of criminal activity on the Clintons or the Bidens. Its very simple and easy to interpret.

It appears they simply screwed up.

So they are either (hopefully) lying through their teeth, or they have attained a level of Administrative incompetence the likes of which no one has previously seen.
Meanwhile, idiots at DU think a Billionaire would try a HunterBiden-type deal to sell launch codes for pocket change.

That’s certainly possible but For the life of me I have to believe that THE FORMER PRESIDENT and smart guy wouldn’t keep the smoking gun, if there is one, at his fukin house! Even Joe or someone close to Joe would be smart enough to find a better hiding spot. If they raided DJTs second cousin’s hunting camp’s cleaning shed in the bunker hidden below the ice machine then I’d have concern. I’m a normal simple person and when I need to hide shite (I have nothing to hide FBI), I hide it where only I know.

These “FBI” agents also had actual credible evidence and informant sources regarding the Uvalde shooter, the Buffalo mass shooter, the reject in Chicago, and on and on. Never stormed the castle nor prevented anyone of those events from happening.
That press conference by Merrick Garland was pathetic on so many levels, the most basic being is the man has the personality and the like-ability of a corpse.
