They're no different than Leftists fearing Trump the dictator while trying to silence and imprison their opposition.
It's weird but also a little funny.

Trump promised to finish the wall. He had a Republican congress to work with. He had the backing of rank/file Republicans and more in the Center and on the Left than people understand. And he didn't get it done. Fact. Logic. Zero emotion. He's fired.
Revision of history. Trump reached out to the GOPe. Trump worked a deal with the GOPE to get the funding in year 2. Paul Ryan screwed that. Why? Because he supports illegal immigration.
After that, Trump went around the RINOs and moved money from other areas where the DEMS took him to court over it. He won and the wall started.
He's not going to need the RINOs for funding because the courts said he can move money around and the DEMS have no court case.

Not revisionist at all. It's factual that Trump promised to finish the wall. It's factual that he had a Republican congress to work with his first two years in office. It's factual he had the backing of rank/file Republicans. It might be debatable, but I think it's factual that more in the Center and Left are for a closed border than most understand.
None of that is revisionist.

And?
Is your point that it would have taken persuading reluctant Republicans that it was in their/their constituents' best interests to complete the wall? Because I would think someone with a better than room temp IQ understood that would be the case long before Trump promised to finish the wall.

Cultists = Any poster who doesn’t accept Trump was responsible for every bad occurrence/issue during his term
TDS = Trump was responsible for every bad occurrence/outcome during his term
Don’t have the time or energy to argue with you in detail, but your points of argument are half truths. Trump in no way was perfect, but there was plenty of blame to go around for 2020/Covid.
In regard to your arguments that Trump was unable to get anything accomplished, i.e. the border wall, some posters argue that it’s better to have a president that’s ineffective as opposed to a president who is able to push forward their opposing agenda. Again with border security as an example, Trump was not able to stop the influx of illegals yet at least he was not actively encouraging it like the current administration. What was the annual number of illegals crossing the border during Trump as opposed to Biden?

There are about a dozen of them.
As noted earlier, they have no desire to to see Trump elected. They claimed that they would vote for whomever the nominee was when Ron was still involved. Now…they are Biden boys.
They are hell bent on actively sabotaging anything Trump related, while simultaneously claiming that true conservatism is their only motivation.
Keep in mind that they despise the concept of a purity test as they defend Cassidy, Romney, McCain etc., yet apply that same concept to Trump at every opportunity.
I will say this, the OP called out “Never Trumpers,” and they got their feelings hurt.
The proof is countless pages of TDS laden, newly minted Biden boys bleeding all over the thread.
Like HHTM, Trump has made them

Cultist - any poster that refuses to accept that Trump made substantial mistakes as POTUS.
TDS - anybody that disagrees with a cultist.

I've never argued that there's no blame for Covid response for anybody but Trump. I've argued there are many that actually belong behind bars because of their role in Covid response. Trump is nowhere near culpable in that way.
But he was our president, and he was responsible for the executive branch of government. His people ran NIH/CDC. He was also the leader of the Republican party and had the powers that come with the office to move/shape Republican votes. It's silly to suggest he had no power to control anything.

First, I've never argued that Trump got nothing accomplished.
I'm not sure what you're suggesting with the second part of that quote.

Yes, Trump's record on the border was massively better than Biden's, but Biden is an open border advocate. I'm not sure he's the guy we should be measuring Trump against.
Trump didn't get the wall finished like I think he should have, but I've never argued he was a disaster on the border like Biden.

You are the retard that argued it was within the realm of possibility that Trump could have paid off the national debt in a second term.
Your suggestion here is as retarded.

Find a post of mine where I defend Romney or McCain and I'll self-ban myself for eternity. I don't know anything about Cassidy because I don't live in La.

I said there was no way to know, as he didn’t have a second term. That being said, even with austerity measures, I don’t believe that was achievable.

Right in line with your retardation about Trump paying off the national debt in a second term.

Leftists have MAGA defending trillions of spending on Democrat causes, including funding Dem cheating us out of Trump's second term. That's your side of this debate and because I point this out, you imagine I have TDS and must be a closet Biden supporter.
Being the Left's/establishment's useful idiot is soft.

What I said was:

It’s a moot point, as he wasn’t allowed to win in 2020 imho.
I also said that there was no way to actually know (even though I don’t believe it was possible).
I used the Atlanta Super Bowl collapse due to the timing, as I didn’t think that it was possible for any team to blow a 28-3 halftime lead.

And I pointed out that it wasn't anything like a 28-3 halftime lead in the SB. It would be more like a 250-0 lead and with 100% certainty, an impossibility.

It looks as though you do.
That's because you're a squishy conservative and soft.
I'll say it again - the Left has you/MAGA defending trillions in spending on Democrat causes, including the funding to cheat Trump out of the 2020 election.
Do you not see that as problematic? Do you not see that as soft?
