And will be at 125% the GDP (roughly)
We really need to brace ourselves for what will ultimately happen overnight

I can remember a time when the national debt was one of the hottest topics in politics. Those were the good old days.

Modern Monetary Theory became mainstream about the time deficit spending was becoming a crisis. Funny how that works.

They dont give a rats arse about national debt anymore. The last 3 countries to call USA out over our debt or attempted to create thier own national currency to purchase oil proceeded into third world chaos. Ex: Iraq, Venezuela, Libya

The final country will be China
And they will win because our government works for them

Modern monetary theory is a global bubble.
If you look at it from a view only as high as America, sure it looks like it works.
But it’s a massive GLOBAL house of cards. IMO a couple very over leveraged countries will default on their debt and it will trigger a panic and chain reaction of many countries defaulting on their debt, massive economic collapse, and a resetting of currencies.
Kind of sounds like what the globalists want. The perfect opportunity to start a “global” currency and government.

Oh it’s coming. There’s no way to hold off reality.

We have a strong military. When the time comes, we’ll take what we need.

Dont worry...the federal reserve has done its best to keep up.
In that same period the feds balance sheet went from $635 million to $7.5 trillion.
2001 Balance Sheet
Current Balance Sheet
I surprised how quiet people are about it. It's like the people that know what could happen have stopped complaining and started preparing.

So that’s like making 100k but owing 125k. Except that 125k will be 150k by this time next year.

I thought having a business man for president was supposed to fix all of our problems

Not really...the government only takes in about 24.5% of GDP in tax revenue.
So it's more like making 24k/year...having $34k/year in expenses and adding another 10K/year to your current debt of 125k.

Yea. It’s not China we owe money to
It’s the banksters.
It’s the banksters.

Woulda been nice to see his policies adopted for 8 years unfettered by deep state meddling.

Utterly crazy and unacceptable. It started with W. and has become a dervish whirling out of control. I remember there used to be discussion of a "balanced budget amendment."

Yea and it was condemned as “extreme right”
