I’m sure Graves knows most of his district doesn’t want McCarthy, but he is selling them out along with Higgins/Letlow/Johnson. He can claim any BS he wants. He sold out.

There is not way all of those items are actually approved in a rules package. Specifically the single subject bills rule and the budget without debt limit increase rule.
