Good decision. Diesel is distilled in the production of many hydrocarbon products. We don’t have the excess storage capacity for diesel. If we can’t immediately export or store then refineries will have to reduce distillation, which means gasoline production will only be reduced and prices only driven higher.

I don't see anyone saying that.
I do see several people who were against the ban still finding a reason to complain in a thread about it not going into effect.
