There’s only one question that should be asked when it comes to women or anything else in the military: Does it IMPROVE our ability to defend the nation? If that answer is no, then it shouldn’t be allowed.

Women in combat arms makes us objectively weaker and worse at fighting, whether it's one woman or an entire regiment. It's only a matter of degree.

I worked with some of the Lioness Marines, and plenty of shitbags in my battalion.

I'll just say that I don't agree with your blanket argument.

Women could not cut it in combat engineering, but standards were being lowered to try to get them in. Awful. Absolutely awful policy.
Women were allowed to be Marine helicopter aircrew in combat. When moving heavy cargo around the cabin and on and off the aircraft they were absolutely useless. Anything that required more than average strength they could not perform on their own.

Any legit war simulation, of any type, ever performed, unequivocally proves coed units are inferior to all male units. Period

The current Army Chief of Staff, when he was the I Corps Commander, famously responded to a question asking what if his policies conflict with Governor Inslee by saying "JBLM is a military base. I have the final say here, not the governor."

Ok? I am talking about the top brass being selected based on their compliance with the ideological commitments of the federal administration. I guarantee that no one who says "yeah, women in combat is degrading military effectiveness" is going to get promoted to be a multiple-star general.

everyone has anecdotal "yeah but i knew this one female Marine who could....XYZ"

yeah, i have known a few as well in my decade+ time in the Corps. it's a negligible amount and irrelevant on a macro scale.

Your comment was quite literally referencing "this one female Marine."

i'm obviously speaking about "one average female Marine" as an abstract concept when put up against "one average male Marine", not one specific female Marine. i will try to be more clear going forward with what i thought was a fairly obvious concept.

but yes, in a literal sense, i'm sure i can find one specific female Marine who is faster and stronger than one specific male Marine somewhere.

do you believe that women in combat arms makes us better at fighting and more lethal?

Yeah, I don't really care about "the average Marine."

If done the right way, absolutely. That should be the argument.

It is, and it's based on my experience. It's fine that you don't agree.

It's right up there with the opinion that a mixed team of NBA and WNBA players is better than an NBA team. SJWs have little use for science and biology.

if you believe that women absolutely make us more lethal and better at fighting "if done right", i'd be very curious what you view as "being done right".

the objective and subjective evidence against this is so staggeringly overwhelming, that i'm curious what formula you've come up with to crack the code.

i'm also curious why you think this is not an accurate analogy. if you think that the Marine Corps "if done right" could integrate women into combat arms in a way that makes us better at fighting and killing, then why couldnt an NBA or NFL team use the same strategy to make them the best basketball or football team in the league?

Maintain or increase standards for leadership, physical fitness, marksmanship, etc. Marines are Marines, and I'd fricking hammer anyone who didn't get that.

This shite isn't hard.

This is probably the fourth time you've referenced this without actually posting anything.

“No ask no tell “. started the turd ball rolling down the hill.

It’s gotten worse and is picking up speed since Clinton was in office.
