ACLJ Obtains Obama DOJ’s Immunity Agreements with Hillary’s Lawyers to ‘Dispose of Evidence and Refuse to Comply with Federal Law’
The immunity agreements were drawn up for Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson. While the existence of these immunity agreements was already public knowledge, the ACLJ obtained the actual documents for the first time.
There were two separate agreements. First, Mills and Samuelson were granted immunity from prosecution under multiple felony statutes for anything found on their laptops.
quote:
The ACLJ has just obtained previously unreleased documents related to the Clinton investigation and immunity agreements given to top Clinton aids. These agreements reveal that James Comey’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Loretta Lynch’s Department of Justice (DOJ) granted immunity to Hillary Clinton’s aids and lawyers, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, from prosecution for anything found on their laptops violating multiple felony criminal statutes governing the mishandling of classified information and/or the removal or destruction of records, including Espionage Act provisions. Further, the DOJ and FBI also agreed to evade the statutory requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by purporting to deem the contents of the laptops as not under DOJ or FBI “custody or control.”
They evaded prison
quote:
These laptops were critical to any meaningful investigation of Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified emails and records. According to the DOJ Inspector General, who identified these as the “culling laptops,” “[a]ll 62,320 emails pulled from the Clinton servers were stored at one time on these laptops.” Having taken control of these laptops, agreeing to severely limit its searches, agreeing to unlawfully shield the laptops from FOIA, then agreeing to dispose of the laptops, it appears the Comey FBI and Lynch DOJ did everything in their power to protect Clinton’s senior aids and lawyers from both criminal liability and public scrutiny.
Even more egregious, the DOJ and FBI agreed to “dispose” of Mills’ and Samuelson’s “culling laptops” — these laptops stored all of the emails pulled from Hillary Clinton’s servers.

The shitty part is that even if true, nothing will come of this.

And Comey has the fricking NERVE to lecture ANYBODY about ethics, obstruction, character, etc.
That POS ASSISTED in the destruction of evidence and obstruction. frick the gallows. He deserves way worse.

The only thing that can be done now is to indict the prosecutors for crafting this BS but as said before NOTHING will be done against Hillary Clinton or any of her associates because they have probably been sealed off from any type of criminal prosecution which is a fricking travesty.

I'm no lawyer, but I don't think what they did was illegal. If it's able to be placed in a larger context as part if the Barr investigation, it could be used as damning evidence in the court of public opinion but the media will do everything in their power to dismiss it.

Watched this last night with my son. Told him that if he ever finds him a female like Marrisa Tomei to do everything in his power to marry her. Life would never be boring!

Yup. Getting a sweetheart deal isn't their fault unfortunately. Those who made the deal should be shot however.

Why be surprised or upset? We all know that nothing is going to happen to anyone.
2 1/2 years to find this out? Trust Sessions His tree needs to be set on fire.

What.
The.
frick???
I don't know what's more impressive, that HRC was able to get this kind of deal for her people or that the full text of it is now in the public domain.

Aren't immunity agreements usually offered in exchange for evidence to prosecute someone?
What did the ones given immunity offer in exchange??

The distinction is that immunity is almost always granted to aid in the prosecution of a 3rd party. Here, the crooked fricks gave out immunity in order to PROTECT a suspect from prosecution. That's fricking insane.
Comey: "Hey, Hillary, we know you committed several felonies, but here's how we, the FBI, are gonna keep you from even being charged. Oh, and the evidence against you, which is a metric shite ton, will be destroyed. You're welcome. How 'bout a vodka tonic?"
That's what happened.
As a member of law enforcement, Comey is bound to UPHOLD the law, not aid in the breaking of it. It's the same thing as a dirty cop taking bribes to look the other way, and THAT, by God, is illegal.

Mills and Samuelson didn't do a single thing to add value to the investigation.
For Christ sake, Mills was allowed to sit in on the deposition (that wasn't really a deposition) of Hillary.
How the frick do you give immunity to someone and then let her sit with the person she was supposed to supply something of value AGAINST?
Anyone with a brain understands that Hillary said, "I'm going to be President soon. Either give all my people immunity or I'm going to have your asses when I'm elected, and you'll wish you were never born."
Don't be naive.
