If Hillary didn't lie, then there would be no breach of contract. But what about if all the nefarious activity was going on at the other side of the table? Can they really be held liable for granting immunity in bad faith? Doesn't that require a shitload of evidence to prove their intent?
But also think about it like this...
What if a DA said "Go ahead and murder that person (our political enemy), I won't prosecute you. You'll be granted immunity."
I'm pretty sure you knew the murder is illegal and the immunity deal was done on the basis of corrupt criminal intent.
Is smashing evidence with a hammer and using 3rd party programs to destroy hard drives to delete evidence equivalent to murder? Of course not, but is it easy common knowledge that it's illegal? Absolutely.
So there's gotta be some kind of recourse here.

But they don't grant immunity for future crimes

What info did they get from the interview that was worth the immunity?

But they don't grant immunity for future crimes
They subpoena'd everyone, and then told them it was okay to destroy shite, scrub laptops, and bleechbit hard drives, and THEN handed them immunity for ???, and included the destroying of evidence in the subsequent immunity deal.

Comey was drafting the exoneration letter 2 months before interviewing any of these people, including Hillary.
Comey also held a press conference where he listed out 10 instances of crimes being committed by Hillary, but then said there was no intent so no prosecutor would charge her.
Maybe one/some of those 10 instances of crimes were revealed by the 5 aids/associates who were given immunity?

How do you fight this level of corruption? This is unbelievable.
FWIW, this is why I don’t condemn Julian Assange and Wikileaks.

Comey- "I am granting you immunity. Now, PLEASE destroy your laptops so that I don't find anything that would incrminate HRC. We will call it a matter."
