Almost always correct
Let me know when you are serious about having an intellectual discussion because I've been calling out your garbage for a long time and all you do is run away

They are simply not viewing every issue through the lens of “what is best for Trump”
That is totally irrelevant.
Not hearing cases that should determine the legitimacy of the electoral process is totally unacceptable imho.
That leads me to believe the “option A” being correct is as legitimate as the usurper playing the role of president.

prove that there wasn't election fraud
And this is why Mrs. Kraken and Lin “everyone is a pedo” Wood got the equivalent of millions of dollars of free publicity for their legal practices and god knows how much in direct donations.
When Trump’s own AG said there wasn’t enough fraud to flip the election it was over, done deal. Fraud investigations MIGHT have happened in a single state if one state decided the outcome but Trump lost by more than a single state. That meant there was literally no chance anyone, even the best lawyers in the country, could change the result because the margin was too big. But instead of believing that obvious truth y’all followed behind some terrible lawyers willing to say what you wanted to hear for a chance at celebrity.

Either
A - Trump really is guilty of SOMETHING and they’re doing their job, which none of us on this board are qualified enough to understand, in an unbiased way
or
B - there truly is something lurking beneath the surface to completely destroy Trump at all costs and has compromised literally everyone not named Trump
Or
C - They're ruling on the technical merits of the case as they should. Unfortunately that's unilateral disarmament.

But seriously, they are doing there job, regardless of whether Trump is “guilty of something.” They are simply not viewing every issue through the lens of “what is best for Trump”
We're all guilty of something....aren't we? The question is whether Trump's financial/tax records increase anything worthy of prosecution or is the SDNY just hoping to find things to embarrass Trump or diminish his popularity with +74 million Americans?

I think it is probably a political prosecution.
I doubt that he is guilty of lying on loan applications or property valuations to any greater extent that most other real estate investors. We will see if the investigation bears this out.

Seriously if trump were guilty of anything team bob would have brought it out I think Arizona is the best and only play for trump showing fraud. If fraud is shown than the whole election comes into question even though it’s only 1 state

List of SCOTUS cases dismissed (Epoch Times, developing).
1. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) who challenged President Joe Biden’s victory. Kelly had asked SCOTUS to consider his lawsuit which challenged mail-in voting policies in his home state of Pennsylvania.
2. A petition seeking review in Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Degraffenreid.
3. Lawyer Lin Wood against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, challenging results and policies in Georgia.
4. Arizona, Ward v. Jackson, was also dismissed. That lawsuit challenged Biden’s victory at the polls in the state.
5. An appeal lodged by Trump against Wisconsin results was denied. The case was Trump v. Biden.
6. Another Wisconsin-related appeal, King v. Whitmer, was dismissed.

This is why America is sunk. There isn't a critical mass of people who can think rationally above a high school level education

They're ruling on the technical merits of the case as they should
There appear to be 2 exceptions - the wi sc ruling that is still on the books and the Maricopa ruling still being fought by the fraudsters
