Supreme Court Justices are just like the rest of the DC swamp. They depend on power. Trump came into DC threatening to curtail that power. The idea that any of these politically made individuals that went to the same leftist Ivy League institutions, swim in the same leftist political dogma and are fed from the same money pots that have now put the left into a position of dominance are going to be politically neutral is a pipe-dream.

Trump had to pick from a poisoned barrel. It was a short-term political victory for him, but like most things in DC for those who believe in America, a long-term loser no matter what he did. We don't have a trustworthy electoral system, we don't have checks and balances, our government institutions are corrupt. The days of "we just need to get judges" are over.
