About liberals hating America - isn't it remarkable?

Well, first let me say that "liberals" embrace the spirit of the words enshrined upon the Statue of Liberty and oppose oligarchy, plutocracy, and autocracy, while supporting freedom of expression... of dissent... of individualism. Our government rightly exists of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE, and FOR the PEOPLE.
But that's really not to what I'm alluding in my title.... none of that is remarkable; it's customary and self-evident.
Instead, what's REALLY remarkable is how opposed to those things so-called "conservatives" are. I'll give a case in point regarding freedom of expression...
About a week or so ago I posted a thread which summarized a Quinnipiac poll which found that most Americans, by a solid majority, detest Donald Trump and think his performance in the White House reeks. Not a surprising poll, but evidently newsworthy because several major media outlets referenced that same poll.
That thread was deleted, accompanied by a private message calling it a "troll thread" that attempted to marginalize the board. Well, I suppose Quinnipiac was attempting to "marginalize" this board and this country, too, by having the effrontery to report bad opinions of one certain despicable politician....
But now here flourishing on its third page is a thread which asks the simple (and stupid) question "Why do dems / liberals hate America?" No evidence, no support, no illustration of the thesis, no elaboration upon the premise... just a classic troll.
And that's just the way it's always been, and always will be... around here and around the country.

Stop with the bullshite. It's really the progressives who stole the moniker from the libertarians 100 yrs ago. They (progs) were a dirty word back then so they had to mask their identity. The progressives are nothing more than communists with patience. Instead of a violent revolution they incrementally cut up the Republic. Save the spin for the useful idiots, b/c we 'ain't' buying it. Games on now, we have a wild man using the tricks of the progressives on them and they have no idea how to respond.
