What qualifications did he attach to his answer of “absolutely”?
Be specific.
Be specific.

Did he say the word “but?”

“Absolutely” is just a comment that he tossed in then immediately tried to talk past it with a whataboutism ‘but’ qualifier.
This is a lie.
It's been repeatedly explained to you and has the full evidence of being on video, but hey, you do you.
I don't give enough of a shite about a michigan senate candidate or the randos that ask him questions to keep trying to drill obvious facts through your skull.

you are such a caricature sometimes. I know you’re smarter than this. Not sure what weird pleasure you get by saying such idiotic things. People are into some weird stuff.
This is pretty simple. If someone is so primed by the text that they read that they completely misinterpret the video that follows the text then they are very stupid and easily malleable people.

He made the argument that his religion wouldn't prevent him from being loyal to America for the reasons that Kennedy successfully argued that his oath to the Constitution meant that Kennedy wouldn't follow the Pope over the Constitution.
And my point is that your suggestion that he was “spot on” in this response is retarded.
To believe he was “spot on”, you would have to believe that the Catholic Church 75 years ago and the Muslim faith today are roughly the same in terms of radicalism and violence. You’d have to believe the Pope 75 years ago led and sounded like the leaders of Islam today. You’d have to believe that JFK had a history of making arguments about “radical/violent Catholicism” (whatever that would be) similar to the arguments Abdul has made about radical Islam.

Yeah, absolutely, sure,
What did he say after but?

"But" is a coordinating conjunction not a qualifier. I'll ask again, is English your first language?

So you will be a wife beater. You're a Bama fan, so it will eventually be true. Stop dancing around!

That did not go the way that BR's own Tommy wanted it to go. An immediate answer followed by a calm (and correct) lecture, leaving Tommy sulking out of the room.
It went exactly as it was staged to go!

He also said his family had no ties. If people don’t believe that are you stupid and malleable as well?

It’s easy to tell when politicians are trying to dance around giving direct answers. It’s almost if Abdul is afraid of alienating some people with a direct answer(s). Wonder why?
Because they're afraid to.
They're allowed to lie about their religion.
But jihadis police themselves. And they know some are too far down the rabbit hole to accept a logical explanation of why they denounced the holy war.

Did you not watch the video. Are you unable to comprehend what he said?

You skipped past my post, bub
Should be an easy question to answer for you, just don’t want you to miss it!

Apparently you do and there are two videos in this thread and Abdul used the same exact tactic in both of them. Seems like a pattern to me of not really wanting to address this definitively for some strange reason.

Can’t make this shite up

Goes back to my VERY first question to you in this thread which you ignored. What possible reason would there be to add a “but” after saying you disavow the Muslim brotherhood. Be specific.
Also. If he is willing to lie about his moms ties, are you skeptical about his disavowing then with the “but” or without it????
