Looks like Russia’s sticking to their guns-they’ve laid out clear demands like recognizing occupied territories and limiting Ukraine’s military, and they’re basically saying take it or keep fighting. Putin’s cool with the latest US plan as a starting point if there’s real talks, but he’s warned more cities will fall if not. No deal yet, but Ukrainian agreement is a significant change in direction of peace.

The problem has never been Ukraine. It’s always been Russia. Will Russia agree to a peace deal or do they just want the fighting and killing to continue?

Need to place all intelligence agencies under the Defense Intelligence Agency.
The problem right now is you have these U.S. intelligence agencies like the CIA who are not accountable when their carefully implemented plans fail. When they fail it’s always the DoD (now DoW) that cleans up the mess usually leading to US casualties. The CIA does not have the burden of American lives in the balance when making “intelligence” decisions. The DIA does. The CIA alone with all intelligence agencies not under DoW command needs to be placed under the authority of the Pentagon IMO. A reorganization like this would be really beneficial IMO.

The Minsk Accord was signed following purported CIA intervention, when a purported CIA puppet was installed.
Zelensky ousted that puppet and Russia invaded after Zelensky took power.
