This is one thing I am getting annoyed about with my Church. They are always wanting to help kids and people in countries I have never heard of - I don't want my tithes and offerings going to foreign counties when our own country needs just as much help as theirs

If ABC is so concerned about this, then maybe they ought to include Uganda in this year's list of scheduled contributions from their own company coffers rather than force the rest of us to pay for it through taxation.

Is this supposed to be a bad thing? A negative for President Trump?

My question is, why is it the job of American taxpayers to take care of children in Uganda?
My question is:
With the tens of billions of dollars the US has sent to African nations over the decades to develop them and fight disease and illness, why is there still an AIDS problem and why do these places still lack the simplest infrastructure including sewer and clean, running potable water?

I hope the children of Uganda have the best life possible and I may even donate money voluntarily at church to help them, but American tax dollars need to go to Americans.
We have plenty of children in America who need help.

Send them the cure you see all the Mary’s dancing about in the disgusting commercials and be done with it.

More than likely born with it because the one thing that poor folks do is procreate like their lives depends on it. Doesn’t matter what color they are.

That’s bs. ViiV and Gilead have direct pipelines into those countries. They don’t need the US.

I cant find the portion of the US constitution where it states we must provide healthcare to HIV+ Ugandan children.

Where’s the guy who said Africa didn’t need anyone and they had all the resources? Maybe he should be their savior. Burkina or some shite like that.
