The boycotts may not ultimately affect these companies, but that is not a reason for you to personally continue giving them money while they use it to support a political agenda against you. You can still control where your money goes. Anyone using the excuse that the boycotts won't work to continue giving these companies his money is just looking for a way to justify his own lack of conviction.

I never watched MLB regularly and quit drinking coke products a decade ago. But Coca Cola owns a lot more than Coke. They own Dasani, Smart Water, Minute Maid, Powerade, etc. If you are trying to boycott coke look at their product list as you could be drinking Coca Cola products inadvertently.

If you are a patriot you will not forget. Did George Washington forget he fought in the Revolutionary War? NO!
Did John Belushi forget when the germans bombed Pearl Harbor? NO!
We shall not forget when the NFL, NBA and MLB betrayed our country. Drive instead of flying, unless you have to fly.
Everyone can reduce their use of Target, Coke, FB, Twitter, Amazon, and any other communist pushing company.

I work for DL. I don’t agree with - and neither do the majority of employees - the companies sudden wokeness and involvement in politics.

But the Easter operational disaster had nothing to do with a “boycott” and everything to do with poor operational planning in regards to pilot staffing over the last year. If you don’t believe me we had the exact same issue over thanksgiving and Christmas. Hopefully Memorial Day is not a mess.

In fact this was the busiest weekend for DL since the pandemic. As someone on the front line working...I did not see any evidence of a boycott nor did I have one passenger ask me or mention anything about the companies stance on the voting law.

At the end of the day I tend to agree with the OP.

Exactly how I feel.

I have never had a Facebook or other social media account other than a fake Twitter to have fun with guys on the OT.

After the election, I deleted Twitter and cancelled my Amazon prime account.

I don’t watch cable TV (Not even Fox)and cancelled all pay sites a few years back.

I take maybe one plane flight every few years when I have to (I love to drive anyway)

The only thing I pay for regularly is Disney Plus because I have a Roku and watch all my TV on it. (Hulu)

I am doing everything I can to not support socialism thinking companies. Guess what? I don’t miss any of it.

You would be surprised how much better your relationships became when you are not focused on the wrong things.

Please let me know where I am being hypocritical - I would be happy to stop other things as well (except tiger droppings)
