Conservative people are (usually) driven by logic and don't operate on raw emotion. That's the goal, anyway.

No assumptions needed. The idea of conservative is nebulous. It means different things in different countries. By nature they want the status quo. Progressives...another nebulous idea...wish to "improve" or change.
Progressives are the action.
Conservatives are the reaction.
My comment was only for tUSA were conservatives are, by default, right-wing.

Conservatives aren't the rioting type

They were, historically. The Stamp Act Riots and the Boston Tea Party protested taxes (conservative) but were riots that destroyed property (Liberal).

Gotcha. Kinda seems like the roles have reversed in modern times. Liberals want to preserve the current status quo while Conservatives want radical change.

So now the shrinks are throwing in their "why can't we all just get along" argument. I don't like outrage anymore than the next guy, but it's not conservatives going around bashing cars and running over law enforcement (hint: ICE agents are sworn-in law enforcement professionals) There I said it.

To which I repeat....

Hell is the absence of Absolute Truth (God).

Federal agents patrolling American streets checking papers.

Drastically reducing the size of some government agencies while drastically increasing the size of others.

An executive branch with near unlimited authority and no judicial oversight.

Yes, nothing screams true mental breakdown like disseminating goof internet memes.

Trump is not a conservative.

He is a populist with conservative leanings.

We currently have a nonfunctional Congress. That creates a power void. An appropriate Congress would take care of "near unlimited authority"

This thesis is an important touchstone for consideration and is something I have personally reflected upon.

It also can be true that it would be addition by subtraction if all libtards were suddenly and swiftly sucked into the bitter, frigid, subzero abyss of deep space…
