Other people can't rebuild the nuclear family... that is a choice each individual makes or doesn't make.
Did LBJ screw African Americans? Yes... he didn't make them stay that way as a group, however. Proof is that many get OUT of the Culture and become ordinary citizens.

White people can't fix it. Only black people can. It starts with prominent black voices loudly speaking out against videos like this. Unfortunately, that'll never happen.
