Then companies must have the right to demand all female employees take birth control since maternity will impact it, right?

What other medicines should companies be allowed to force on employees? How about prozac for employees that aren't overly happy? Or amphetamines for slower workers and overweight employees? Maybe employees should have to give blood samples every couple weeks to ensure they have no bloodborne pathogens.

It's amazing how many idiots are willing to surrender their rights and privacy to businesses.
