ATL is automatic telephoto lens. 36X is the zoom or focal length or something like that.
Photo people use the word 'shoot' all the time. If he actually said 'ATL 36X' at the meeting, then this is a nothing burger.

Yeah, He's an idiot that thinks what he was saying was cute. The reason he had his words written down was so his speaking would come across as intended, as if he was going to assassinate the President,
