Impeachment doesn't have to always get a conviction, but it will be a serious deterrent to rogue judges getting dragged through the process with every part of the lives put under the microscope.

Miller has already made his constitutional case. Trump should simply ignore all injunctions at the circuit level. I wouldn't bother responding until it gets to the Supreme Court.
