A prime example of why the 1st amendment is so valuable to us, even though you may not like what someone on the opposite side of the isle has to say

A French woman was given a six month suspended sentence and a €3,000 fine after her home was invaded by a Tunisian migrant who sexually assaulted her.

She appeared on national television to discuss her ordeal and said "the main danger for women in France is Black African and Arab immigrant men"

The Police then charged her with "incitement to racial hatred"

Hopefully the Yellowjackets come back out and express their displeasure over that charge.

What happenedIn December 2023, during a BFMTV discussion about a rape case, she made comments linking crime statistics, immigration, and her own experience.
She was convicted of "incitement to racial hatred" (provocation à la haine raciale) and initially sentenced to six months suspended prison + €3,000 fine.
She appealed; a new verdict was expected around mid-June 2026. Prosecutors reportedly sought up to one year in prison and a much higher fine (€45,000).

Context

d’Escufon was sexually assaulted in 2021 by a Tunisian migrant (the case reportedly remains unresolved, with the attacker still at large according to some reports). She has publicly connected her statements to that trauma and broader French debates on crime statistics involving foreigners (which show overrepresentation in certain sex offenses in official data, though French nationals commit the majority of crimes overall).

For sexual violence specifically, African-origin foreign nationals (Maghreb + sub-Saharan, ~3.5% of population) showed notable overrepresentation in some subsets (e.g., up to 8x in certain transport-related sexual violence contexts in limited data).

inirnet.org

Paris street/public rapes (2023): Of 97 recorded public rapes, 30 solved with 36 arrests; 77% of perpetrators were foreign nationals (often linked to homeless/drug-addicted profiles in tourist areas).

“French nationals” includes muzzies who have gotten French citizenship.

Yep. The French go to great lengths to hide the actual ethnic and cultural data. They have 2nd and 3rd gen muzzies now too.

Couldn't get Grok to do a Nexis type search for non-French names and rape rates.

Checking history by the decade via Grok:

1920s–1960s: Extremely low recorded incidence.

1970s: Recorded rate ~2.0 per 100,000 in 1971

2000s: Steady increase. Rates around 15–17 per 100,000

2010s: Continued upward trend in recorded cases. rates ~16–20 per 100,000

2020s (so far): Sharp rises in recorded figures.

Overall, recorded rape rates rose from ~2 per 100,000 (1970s) to 15–20+ in the 2000s–2010s, with absolute numbers in the tens of thousands annually by the 2020s.

This tightly corresponds with levels of muzzie and African immigration, but Grok attributes it to Me2 reporting. Grok just reads what's on the web. It's not like it does actual research.

France has went the Sweden route, eh? Punish female victims who talk about being attacked.

If the attacker is black or brown.... then the victim needs to keep quiet and not tell anyone.

That’s how they lower the crime rates.

Where are the French men? Surely she has a daddy, brother(s), boyfriend, or just some kid who has crushed over her since grade school.

I guess a lack of guns hurts that cause.

He was actually sentenced to jail time, though after claiming to be trans he was sent to a women’s prison. Nothing should go wrong.

My wife has the same tendency toward irrationality. They just don't understand that we're givers an want only to help the poor French girl
