9th Circus Judge puts a stay on the removal of DACA

While legality of the removal of DACA works its way through the courts.
So, President A makes a rule by EO to delay enforcement of a law. President B makes a rule striking the rule by President A.
What is there to challenge? Why(other than Leftistness) is an EO from one President superior to his successor?

Didn’t Obama admit it was unconstitutional, and only Congress could do what he did? Why would a court, oh wait, 9th circuit, nevermind.....

Doesn't matter in the end.
Just playing to their constituency.
Dog and Pony show like the women's march.

I don’t think the 9th circuit even has copies of the constitution. They just wake up and say “eh, this seems right”.

They don't need a Constitution. They believe it is a living document, and therefore not a document.

How is this possible when at its core DACA is unconstitutional. Crazy town.

I think it's time to start stringing up these "judges" by their necks.

Blame Carter.
The court earned its flower-child reputation fairly. In the late 1970s, President Carter and a Democratic Congress nearly doubled the number of judges on the court. Carter’s appointees included “liberal lion” Stephen Reinhardt, who in recent years struck down Arizona’s “English-only” constitutional provision and California’s Proposition 8 banning same-sex marriage.
Harry Pregerson said during his confirmation hearing that if he had to choose between the law and his conscience...“I would follow my conscience.”
By 1980, Carter had appointed 15 of the court’s 23 judges. They included “some of the most liberal judges ever, to any court,” former Chief Judge Alex Kozinski once told the New York Times.
Some of the 9th Circuit’s most controversial rulings have related to criminal law, especially the death penalty. In 1992, it waged an all-night duel with the Supreme Court over the execution of convicted murderer Robert Harris, issuing stay after stay, each one reversed by Supreme Court justices until they ordered the 9th Circuit to stop.
Between 2006 and 2009, the 9th Circuit threw out the capital sentence of convicted murderer Fernando Belmontes three times, with each decision overturned by the Supreme Court.
In 2011, when the Supreme Court once more reversed the 9th Circuit on a capital punishment case, it accused the appeals court of exhibiting “judicial disregard” for “sound and established principles” of law

Congress can impeach federal judges. Its pretty rare though. Maybe someone needs to remind them of that power.

The Left just wants power. Ultimately, the only thing they really respect is brute force. They certainly don't respect the rule of law in any way, shape or form.

Well it's not new.
Judicial activism was born and breed in the 9th Circuit in the 70's and 80's.
They've made no bones about it - they never cared for precedent or stare decisis.
They were the original "feels court" - all about my feels and conscience...which is more important than Common Law, the Constitution and Federal laws.

It's not as funny now but years ago there was a segment on SNL's "Weekend News" which announced that "the 9th circuit court has just declared the U.S. constitution unconstitutional."

GOP could reconfigure the 9th however they want.
Would rather use it as a boogeyman for voters

Not really. They could change its look, for sure. But they can't get rid of the activist judges on the bench.
And it isn't a boogeyman when you can point to dozens and dozens of cases. A boogeyman is "Koch Brothers".

Correct.
They got no strings to hold them down.
They know what's best for us and we should listen.

All u have to do is look at the 9th and then think what a Hillary win would have made the Supreem Court look like.
