Ken Lee, the judge on the 9th circuit who wrote the majority opinion striking down California's magazine ban, was one of the Roof Koreans.

My man.

Warms my heart. We may be outnumbered nearly two to one out here but (although that is probably changing some) we will reeeeeeesist the libs.

Is there any real proof of this? He would have been 16 at the time.

You got me wondering so I started digging as I was going by the above tweet that was retweeted by someone in the media. So far this was all I could come up with.

quote:

Judge Kenneth Kiyul Lee grew up in Koreatown Los Angeles during the 1992 Los Angeles Riots and witnessed first-hand, the importance of the Rooftop Koreans and the Second Amendment. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at Cornell University in 1997 and went to Harvard Law School in 2000. He is the first Korean born judge to serve on the 9th Circuit Court. He was appointed by President Donald Trump on November 13, 2018, and confirmed by the US Senate on May 15, 2019.

God Bless that Patriot! That’s the kind of people we need in these positions. He fully understands the necessity of our rights from personal experience

Pretty sure he ain't the guy in the red shirt. They don't look the same and he would have been way younger than that guy. I see no real proof of this on the internet.

I sincerely hope he had the pleasure of shooting a number of "protesters" back in the 90s

P.J. O'Rourke said it best about Koreans...

They don't like anyone who isn't Korean, and they don't like each other all that much, either. They're hardheaded, hard-drinking, tough little bastards, 'the Irish of Asia'.

There’s a man that knows firsthand how a gun saved his life from scum like the ones looting and burning and killing today.

They were abandoned to a mob by their political leaders and the police.

They did what they had to do.
