Same in the native community. Girls don't graduate HS in the local villages without having at least one kid, grandparents or uncle raises their children for perpetuity.
They seem to do better when you get them out of their own villages.

But in the meantime, she says her main concern now is being there for her grandchildren during this time.
There are just so many comments I could make about this entire story. But I think the main focus is “where the daddy be”, and in this case “the mother”.
